We retain external experts to advise on our development plans. We conduct a formal programme of audits and management reviews to both measure and monitor all aspects of our business. All our aims and objectives are set and reviewed according to audit findings including opportunities for improvements etc. We include all staff/clients/subcontractors in this programme to ensure continuous operability/delivery improvements.
All projects are measured retrospectively in line with our Senior Management audits but are subject to ongoing routine weekly review as an intrinsic component of the operating system. All documentation is therefore intensively controlled and reviewed to derive and ensure optimised operational effectiveness.
